We are actively campaigning for FOSS migration whether major or Minor. we also openly advocate the Use of Open Office as an alternative to Cut off the Shelf (COTS) office productivity suite. Most of our students belong to the CDE classes and majority of our students are ranging from partial to full scholars.Although new and still struggling, we aim to be ultimately one of the leaders in IT education focusing on FOSS in the Philippines. |

LibLime also provides a full range of services on these applications including: migration assistance, staff training, and software maintenance, support, and development. Use of open source not only lowers the per-library cost of running software, it also empowers libraries with a higher level of control over customization and the overall direction of software development. |
| Shiksha India | www.shikshaindia.org | Shiksha India is a non-profit initiative by Confederation of Indian Industry (www.cii.in) managed by a registered trust. Shiskha India is working towards the cause of enabling and empowering schools and teachers with various open source tools and softwares to enhance and improve their teaching-learning process. Shiksha has a network of over 2000 schools spread across India and conducts regular workshops to train the teachers in the use of various open source tools for their pedagogy and/or productivity based needs. Shiskha has trained over 1000 school teachers in the past six months on various open source tools and helped them harness technology appropriately.
