You cannot download software without giving them all your details. The downloads are not freely available.
The Demo site crashes a lot. The Demo itself is damning to them since it does not work at all. They sell their "services" and "hosted" solutions. I wonder how they manage that if their demo itself is not functional.
openSIS is open source and you can download it without registration at https://eduforge.org/projects/opensis/. We do our best to keep our demo running well, but it is difficult to anticipate what many different users will do and some changes impact others.
We do sell services and hosted solutions and they all work very well. We are always happy to demos for interested parties with real data to show you all of the functionality of the application.
